Hydrogen Inhaler Working Principle

The hydrogen inhalation machine uses pure water or distilled water with TDS=0 to produce hydrogen. Suitable pure water or double-distilled water is fed into the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell and supplied to the membrane electrode assembly. Oxygen, hydrogen ions, and electrons are released during the reaction on the anode side. Electrons are transferred to the cathode through an external circuit, while oxygen is released from the anode. Under the influence of the electric field, hydrogen ions reach the cathode as hydrates. Electrons are absorbed to form hydrogen gas , which is released from the cathode chamber and enters the gas-water separator to generate high-purity hydrogen gas.

The hydrogen inhalation machine produces food-grade hydrogen and oxygen by electrolyzing pure water, requiring strict control over water quality. The more solid particles in the water, the easier it is for scale to form, and the greater the damage to the membrane in the core electrolytic cell.
